Kogo Yacht is a super yacht which is 71.71m in length, 13.50m at the beam and 3.75m at the draft. The yacht was custom built by Alstom France in 2006. The interiors of the Kogo have been designed by Terence Disdale and the exteriors have been styled as per the Tim Heywood design and the balance credit for designing this beauty goes to Glade Johnson.
The Kogo has a steel hull with an aluminum superstructure. The displacement of the yacht is an all custom designed with cutting edge technology, which has a stabilization system, reducing the rolling motion effect causing less sea sickness and creating an enjoyable cruising experience. The Kogo also features an at anchor stabilizer, this feature works at zero speed, which increases onboard comfort when the yacht is at anchor even at rough water.
The yacht has a 202000lt fuel tank which travels a range of up to 7000nm. She cruises at a speed of 14 knots and can attain a max speed of up to 16 knots. This is all powered by two 1500KW Caterpillar engines.
Inside the Kogo there are accommodations for up to 14 people in seven suites, there is one cabin for the owner, two twin cabins and four double cabins. To ensure that the yacht experience here is one that is filled with luxury, the Kogo also carries a twenty one member crew. Among other luxuries the place also has a big dip pool and also has a Jacuzzi and jet stream, which is forward on the upper deck that has big sun pads.
The yacht also boasts of state of the art communications systems and her tenders include that which would give a person a rush, such as a 7.8m all enclosed Limo, two inboards 120hp, 8.2m 315hp Rib inboard jet, 6m 230hp Rib inboard jet, 6m 120hp Rib inboard jet and four 2-person Kawasaki jet-skis. The Kogo also carries wakeboards, kneeboards, doughnuts, kayaks, water-skis etc.
Also featured within the Kogo is a gym, with a cross trainer, recumbent bike, Unica multi-gym, free weights and a separate shower and steam room just adjacent to the gym.
