The Rising Sun motor yacht is the eighth largest yacht in the world with a length of almost 138 meters. Built in Germany, the Rising Sun yacht was launched in autumn of 2004 making her first appearance in the summers of 2005 in the Mediterranean. This luxurious yacht is very beautifully and nicely designed.
In 2006, David Geffen was the half owner of Rising Sun yacht but later in 2010 he bought the remaining half and became the owner of this yacht. The living room of this yacht exceeds 8,000 square meters of the space on the yacht. It includes a gym, spa, cinema, basketball court, Jacuzzi bathrooms, wine cellar and sauna. It also has an accommodation for 16 of the owner’s party and for guests there are in all 80 rooms. It also has a fitness hall which is situated on the second floor.
There is a large plasma TV for enjoying movies throughout the day, located on the first floor. The interior of the yacht is fabulous giving the yacht a great look too. The furniture designed for decorating the interior represents different styles. When we talk about yachts, we usually compare them with 5 star hotels but this yacht is like a 7 star hotel. It has every luxury that any 7 star hotel possesses.
The helipad which is a standard thing present on most of the super yachts is also present on the Rising Sun motor yacht. Actually, the helipad is a basketball court and it was designed in that way as the previous owners of this yacht didn’t want to show off. When you own this much large and luxurious boat, gaudiness is the last thing you want to have. Thus, the Rising Sun was a beauty and marvel yacht that can be ever seen. This yacht is a really beautiful, big and amazing that attracts within the first sight itself!
